Record a voice message or video talking to your future self. How do you feel right now? What does your life look like a month from now.
Open up a mind map and write out your ideas. By using a mind map, you don't have to know how to organize the material. You can simply put ideas into bubbles and then as you work with the thoughts - then you can organize them.
Open your calendar and set a deadline for your next action step. (Feel free to post your deadline and goal in the FB group and let us cheer you on while holding you accountable!)
